If you are moving out of a rental property the chances are you will need to have professional pest control carried out as a requirement to get your bond back. If you haven’t had a pet at your rental property you will usually only need a general pest treatment. If you have had a pet (cat or dog) you will most likely need a flea treatment. Sometimes you may be required to have both. Check with your property manager exactly what they expect from you.

Treatment Description
Internal – we spray a long-lasting, residual insecticide across doorways, along skirting boards, inside cupboards, down drain holes. Powerful gel baits are applied in hiding areas within kitchen and bathroom cupboards. Insecticide dust is applied to cracks, crevices and areas that are not suitable for the insecticide spray.
External – our external pest treatment acts as barrier to help prevent pests making their way into your home. We spray around the perimeter of your home along the base of the walls, around window and door frames, along the eaves, the meter box, letter box, wheelie bins, drains and manholes, outdoor furniture, cracks, crevices and piping. We will also blow some insecticide dust into weep holes, cracks and crevices.
As part of our service we will also provide you with helpful advice to help prevent any pest infestations.
Warranty Service Period
Our end of lease pest control treatment comes with a written 6 month warranty for internal cockroaches, web-building spiders, ants, silverfish and fleas. If any pests return during the warranty period we will come back and treat them for free. All paperwork and invoices are provided to get your bond back.
